Carlore Plus

Carlore Free has everything you need for one vehicle. Plus is for the whole garage: every vehicle you own, every paper and every receipt, on every device.

Free and Plus

Carlore Free includes, for one vehicle:

• the spec sheet, papers, service history and tasks,
• reminders and the Due tab,
• recall checks and manuals,
• the Glovebox,
• backup to your own cloud from one phone, restore and export,
• every privacy control.

Carlore Plus adds:

• every vehicle you own,
• handover packages and borrower guides,
• sync across your devices,
• sharing with your household,
• widgets and the lock-screen Glovebox.

Prices

• Lifetime: $14.99, one payment, for as long as Carlore is offered.
• Yearly: $7.99 a year. It renews automatically every year until you cancel.

These are US prices before tax. The Plus screen always shows the price from the App Store or Google Play, in your currency. Until the store answers, you'll see "—" instead of a price.

Buy Plus

1. Open Settings, then Membership. The Plus screen also appears when you reach a Plus feature, like a second vehicle, with See Carlore Plus.
2. Choose Lifetime or Yearly.
3. For Lifetime, tap Continue. For Yearly, tap Subscribe, renews yearly.
4. Confirm with Apple or Google.

Plus belongs to your Carlore account, so it's there on any phone where you sign in.

Family Sharing on iPhone

If you bought Plus from the App Store and use Family Sharing, the adults in your family group can use Plus too. Each person signs in with their own Carlore account and keeps their own garage.

Restore purchases

On a new phone, or if Plus isn't showing, open Settings, then Membership, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same store account you bought with, and the same Carlore account.

Redeem a code

On iPhone, codes for Plus are App Store offer codes. Tap Redeem a code on the Plus screen or in Settings, then Membership. The App Store shows what the code gives before you confirm.

On Android, got a code from Carlore? Tap Redeem a code on the Plus screen or in Settings, then Membership. A code gives Plus for the time stated with it.

Manage or cancel

Open Settings, then Membership, and tap Manage subscription to go to your store's subscription page.

On iPhone, you can also open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Carlore, then Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

On Android, you can also open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Carlore, then Cancel subscription. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Plus keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. Deleting the app, or your Carlore account, doesn't cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google; our Refund Policy explains how to ask.

If Plus ends

Nothing in your garage is deleted. Every vehicle and record stays, and backup from one phone carries on. Adding another vehicle, making new handover packages and borrower guides, sync between devices, household sharing and widgets wait until Plus is back.
